Are you our next General Manager?

We're a very unique 33 year-old upscale casual, day-time restaurant/retail operation in the heart of Philly’s Main Line and we’re looking for our General Manager.

Our goal is to find someone who can help us build revenue & profitability while delivering exceptional team member and guest experiences. Our GM will work closely with the COO and owners.

Our non-negotiables. Our GM must;

• Have a great attitude and be emotionally intelligent
• Be a positive leader, passionate about fostering company culture and employee morale
• Lead by example and drive success from within
• Have a strong financial acumen, focused on hitting all cost controls and KPI targets
• Be committed to constant improvement
• Has an employee first and guest-focused mindset, delivering impeccable service
• Prior Restaurant GM experience required (3 years minimum)

Salary Range: up to $75,000 for our perfect fit.
