Overview:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team. As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely shipment and receipt of goods, maintaining inventory records, and supporting the overall operations of our distribution center.

Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments and verify the accuracy of the contents against purchase orders or invoices
- Unload, unpack, and inspect incoming goods for damage or defects
- Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling items according to customer specifications
- Utilize RF scanners to track inventory movement and update warehouse management system (WMS)
- Perform order picking and packing duties to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to shipments or inventory
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed

Experience:
- Prior experience in a shipping and receiving role preferred
- Familiarity with basic math calculations for inventory counting purposes
- Proficiency in using RF scanners for inventory tracking
- Knowledge of MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems is a plus
- Experience with order picking in an e-commerce environment is desirable
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems such as AS400 is beneficial
- Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts is a plus

Pay: $17.37 - $23.33 per hour
