A Seaside Healthcare Company is Hiring a Qualified Professional, Intensive In-Home Near Greensboro, NC

Youth Haven Services is a comprehensive mental health agency specializing in children, adolescents, and their families. Currently we have an opening for a full-time intensive in home, Qualified Professional (QP, see qualifications below) to serve clients in the Guilford County and surrounding area. We offer a generous retention bonus for intensive in home QP: $250-after successful completion of 90 day, $250-after successful completion of 8 months, and $1000 after successful completion of one year and then $1500 subsequent years. We have been making a difference in the lives of children/families in our area for nearly twenty years. We focus on providing individual attention and quality treatment in a culturally competent environment to enhance children/family outcomes. We are a CARF accredited, CABHA (Critical Access Behavioral Health Agency) serving Rockingham, Guilford, Caswell, Stokes and surrounding counties.

Job Summary: Intensive In-Home Team Members are responsible for identifying and understanding the needs of the family. The Qualified Professional is responsible for multiple tasks related to the clinical/therapeutic functions of Intensive In-Home services, including scheduling, providing therapeutic interventions/activities, maintaining clinical records and the completing multiple service requirements
Qualifications:

  • Minimal requirement is a 4-year college degree in a human service field with either 2 years’ experience with population served or
  • Certification or license from governing board or
  • 4-year degree in another field with 4 years of accumulated experience with population.
  • Basic academic skills to teach skill building activities document and maintain required records for facility (i.e., daily attendance logs, mileage logs, MAR, etc.).
  • Preference will be given to bilingual Spanish speaking candidates.
