We are hiring Sanitation Associates. Come join our team!
2nd, 3rd & Weekend shifts available.
$16.00/hr. for 2nd & 3rd shifts
$17.00/hr. for Weekend shift
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Emptying trash and liquid wastes, cleaning floors, etc. and other assorted cleaning tasks.
Returns clean equipment and production utensils to their proper locations.
Maintains work area in safe and sanitary condition.
Required to clean production equipment to Allergen Control Standards.
Some overtime will be required as necessary due to covering vacations and working on special projects.
Individual may be asked to work in another department if needed as determined by the Shift Supervisor.
Position has a certain amount of physical demands.
All employees may be cross trained to perform any of the responsibilities listed for all shifts and for both plants.
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
The following levels of job knowledge, skills and abilities are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
· High pressure hot and cold-water hoses, chemical foam sanitizer, hand scrubbing with scrubby.
· Must wear protective Equipment (PPE) when appropriate and/or as described
Education and Experience:
· High school diploma or GED
· A.S.K. will provide HACCP training, food safety training, chemical safety training and other training as necessary.
