The Sales Leader is responsible for providing exemplary customer service and serves as a role model of best practices in sales and service.
The Sales Leader is responsible for overseeing the operational functioning of the store in partnership with the Store Manager. He/she holds an added leadership role and is expected to share knowledge, communicate goals and daily priorities, read and share store and corporate communications, and manage daily tasks.
The Sales Leader’s primary duties are, but not limited to:
