Job Overview:
We are seeking passionate and dedicated teachers to join our team. As an upper elementary level or lower middle school level teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for your scholars.

The major pedagogy is inquiry -- learner-focused, skill-infused, layered, action-oriented, passion-building. Our faculty is made of learners --collaborative, insightful, and hearty. Perhaps you are seeking such a community of professionals who are making a vibrant difference in the lives of children, our future leaders.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate learning experiences in accordance with the school's unique curriculum guidelines
- Integrate various teaching methods to enhance engagement and conceptual understanding
- Assess progress through naturally embedded assessments and assignments
- Provide individualized attention and support to children who require extra assistance
- Create with the children a community of learners that promotes respect, inclusivity, individuality, and inspiration
- Collaborate with other faculty to develop and implement initiatives within Ren's "DNA"
- Communicate in a timely manner with parents or guardians regarding children's progress

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Valid teaching certification or license
- Proven experience working with elementary/middle school-aged children
- Strong knowledge of child development, curriculum creation, and innovative instructional strategies
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively shape classroom dynamics with children's input, understanding, and commitment

We offer a base salary with opportunities to extend teaching and leadership as one's role in Ren life expands over time.
