Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Flooring Installer to join our team. As a Flooring Installer, you will be responsible for installing various types of flooring materials in residential and commercial settings. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and a strong understanding of flooring installation techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut flooring materials to fit specific areas
- Prepare subfloors by removing old flooring, leveling, and cleaning
- Install flooring materials such as carpet, hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and tile
- Apply adhesives, nails, or staples to secure flooring materials
- Ensure proper alignment and spacing of flooring materials
- Trim excess material and finish edges as needed
- Inspect completed work for quality and make any necessary repairs or adjustments

Experience:

- Framing Carpentry
- Proven experience in the flooring installation industry
- Knowledge of different types of flooring materials and their installation techniques
- Familiarity with restoration industry standards and practices
- Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and schematics
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for cutting, shaping, and installing flooring materials
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Excellent problem-solving skills for troubleshooting installation issues
