A Readiness Learning Academy is looking for loving and nurturing individuals to work with children ages 6 weeks to five years. Applicants must be reliable and dependable, have the ability to multitask as well as be able to recognize and consider the individual needs of each child. Job responsibilities would include but not be limited to maintaining a safe and healthy learning environment, developing and implementing age appropriate lesson plans and remaining actively engaged with the children at all times.
Applicants are required to meet the State of Florida Child Care Licensing good moral character background screening requirements. Experience is preferred but not required.
