**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in the installation and repair of plumbing systems and related equipment.
**Duties:**
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Read and interpret blueprints to assess or plan plumbing installations and layouts
- Perform basic math calculations for measurements and materials
- Collaborate with carpenters and other tradespeople on remodeling projects
- Assemble and install valves, fittings, and fixtures
- Build and install water supply lines and drainage systems
- Heavy lifting may be required for equipment and materials
- Interpret schematics to troubleshoot issues
**Experience:**
- Proven experience as a Plumbing Technician or similar role
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting and working in various environments
