Real Estate Agent/Property Manager/Office Manager

We are currently seeking an energetic, driven, and motivated Real Estate Agent/Property Manager/Office Manager to join our team! Applicant MUST be able to wear ALL 3 hats. Pay is a salary and commission. License required

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the leasing process from start to finish.
• Work with the agents on a daily basis to ensure all the paperwork is in order and ready for the next day’s close.
• Work with the agents to make sure they are aware of all the information they need to be successful.
• Manage the leasing process from start to finish.
• Manage the marketing of properties for sale or for lease.
• Work with our team of experienced agents to help them grow and achieve their goals.
• Manage and grow a successful real estate portfolio.
• Manage and grow a successful real estate company.
• Help other team members as needed.

Experience: Minimum of 1 years’ experience in real estate or leasing preferred but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $30,000.00 per year
