Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and personalized care, including assistance with personal care, patient care, medication management, and companionship.
- Foster a warm and supportive environment, promoting the well-being and independence of our clients.
- Support clients' mobility and transportation needs, enabling them to remain engaged and active in their communities.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families, offering emotional support and companionship.
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a caring and empathetic approach to caregiving.
- Knowledge and understanding of elderly care, senior care, and patient care principles.
- Reliability, responsibility, and a strong work ethic.
- Flexibility and adaptability to cater to the individual needs and preferences of each client.
-Experience in facilities and hospice (preferred)

Education/Skills Requirements:
1)Must maintain current credentials: STNA.
2)First Aid (optional), TB test (optional), and in-services.
2) Background check and complete a drug test and randomly thereafter.
3) Physically able to perform duties of the position.
4) General nutrition knowledge necessary for meal planning.
5)Good oral and written communication skills.
ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS
1) Bending, stooping, walking and general physical demands of light housekeeping.
2) May require some lifting.
3) May require longer periods of sitting.
