**Job Title**: Scheduler/Caregiver

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a Scheduler/Caregiver for our Santa Fe, NM location. This individual will be responsible for managing and scheduling caregivers and clients. This role is fast-paced and requires the ability to communicate effectively, prioritize tasks, think critically, and problem-solve on the go.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Design and manage client and caregiver schedules.
2. Match caregivers to clients based on skills, personalities, and client preferences.
3. Handle immediate care requests, unconfirmed shifts, and caregiver call-outs.
4. Document changes, cancellations, and significant events.
5. Maintain accurate client and caregiver records.
6. Effectively communicate with all staff members, clients, and client contacts.
7. Fulfill on-call duties as necessary.
**Skills/Qualifications**:
- 2-3 years experience in an office setting, preferably in the Home Care Industry.
- 2-3 years experience in a caregiving role
- Willing to undergo background checks and drug tests.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and other commonly used software.
- Excellent communication skills and people skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage workload efficiently.
- Good internet skills, including use of e-mail programs and group messaging.
