Trenton Gardens Rehabilitation is actively seeking to hireanOccupational Therapy Assistant (COTA). The ideal candidate will be a professional, compassionate and outgoing individual who will provide direct rehab care in occupational therapy to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT). We are looking for a committed and patient-focused COTA to assist in the development, recovery and maintenance of daily living and work skills of people with physical, mental or developmental conditions. You will offer effective and client-centered services that will enable people to confidently and independently carry out the everyday tasks and activities.

Qualifications:
·Associate's degree from an accredited COTA program.
·Able to practice unencumbered.
·In good standing with all regulatory agencies and New Jersey State licensing boards.
·Full knowledge of resident’s rights.
·Exudes professionalism in presentation.
·Portrays positive attitude for peers, patients and community.
·Must be able to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English.
·CPR certification.
