Duties/Responsiblities:
Assist the Comptroller with payables matching and entry of invoices from vendors. Other duties would be opening/printing off bills from vendors, filing, organizing, and answering phone calls.
Will also be willing to assist the Receivables department when needed to process orders, statements, answering phone calls and other duties.
Be proficient in Microsoft and google.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records.
