```Duties```
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security of premises
- Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence
- Monitor and operate CCTV cameras and alarm systems
- Investigate and prepare reports on incidents, suspicious activities, or security breaches
- Respond to alarms and emergencies quickly and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and answering inquiries
```Qualifications```
- Proven work experience as a Security Officer or relevant position
- Knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safety
- Familiarity with report writing
- Excellent surveillance and observation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse groups of people
- Ability to handle conflicts and resolve issues calmly and professionally
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred

- Conflict management: Ability to handle conflicts and resolve issues calmly and professionally.
- First aid: Knowledge of basic first aid procedures.
- Loss prevention: Understanding of loss prevention techniques to minimize theft or damage.
- CPR: Certification in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation).

- CCTV: Familiarity with closed-circuit television systems for surveillance.
