GENERAL POSITION DESCRIPTION
A Noise Within, one of the nation’s leading regional theatre producers, seeks to fill the position of Education
Coordinator with a bright and enthusiastic individual. The Education Sales Associate works closely with the
Education Director to create meaningful and plentiful experiences for students and educators while ensuring we
achieve the theatre’s strategic goals. The Education Sales Associate will be responsible for tickets sales,
marketing, and promotion of the education program to K-12 and University educators.
This position will serve as the primary patron contact for educators, ensuring a high-quality customer experience
for our patrons, and collaborating with the marketing team to build the company’s education sales program. The
successful candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a personable and friendly demeanor.
Qualities and qualifications of a successful candidate:
attention to detail, and ability to work well both independently and with others.

effectively with teachers, board members, donors, volunteers, and staff.
design programs , CRM (patron database) and email software like Constant Contact are a plus.

The position is part-time, non-exempt, salary is $20/hr (firm). Minimal evening and weekend availability for
performances, opening nights, and education events are required.
