Drop In Center/Street Outreach Case Manager

Seeking a flexible, multi-skilled person who is looking for an opportunity to work with youth in a holistic and intentional community. The purpose of this position is to provide support and leadership for the Drop-in Center and Street Outreach programs in alignment with New Day principles, values and approaches.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
- Previous supervising experience in a social work setting
- Strong program development and management skills
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills
- Demonstrated administrative experience
- Proven ability in program management
- Understanding of behavioral health practices and interventions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,000.00 - $51,000.00 per year
