A successful candidate would be a detail-oriented and analytical Commission Specialist to join our team. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, problem- solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform financial forecasting, variance analysis of actual versus forecast, and reconciliation of internal accounts to assess strategic decision alternatives.

  • Prepare financial-related analysis and research in areas related to commission.

  • Track current financial and operational data to alert stakeholders in case of deviation.

  • Create written reports that enable management teams to make strategic decisions to meet business goals.

  • Communicate with different departments to expound on the reasoning and meaning behind metrics and relay their consequences/results. 

  • Provide important business information and support ad-hoc reports as directed by management.

  • Support the creation of materials for various management reviews and meetings.

  • Managing and supervising oversea resources

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a major in finance or accounting

  • 3-5 years of business finance or accounting experience preferred.

  • Ability to use computer software, including Microsoft Office Suites or similar software, and accounting software. Particularly, advanced formulations with Excel

  • SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, and NetSuites is a Plus

  • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) is a Plus

  • Thorough understanding of methods of systems analysis and principles, design, and procedural methods used in big data analysis.
