A successful candidate would be a detail-oriented and analytical Commission Specialist to join our team. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, problem- solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Perform financial forecasting, variance analysis of actual versus forecast, and reconciliation of internal accounts to assess strategic decision alternatives.
Prepare financial-related analysis and research in areas related to commission.
Track current financial and operational data to alert stakeholders in case of deviation.
Create written reports that enable management teams to make strategic decisions to meet business goals.
Communicate with different departments to expound on the reasoning and meaning behind metrics and relay their consequences/results.
Provide important business information and support ad-hoc reports as directed by management.
Support the creation of materials for various management reviews and meetings.
Managing and supervising oversea resources
Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a major in finance or accounting
3-5 years of business finance or accounting experience preferred.
Ability to use computer software, including Microsoft Office Suites or similar software, and accounting software. Particularly, advanced formulations with Excel
SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, and NetSuites is a Plus
Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) is a Plus
Thorough understanding of methods of systems analysis and principles, design, and procedural methods used in big data analysis.
