Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy and Roadmap: Lead the charge in developing our product strategy and roadmap, including prioritization of engineering efforts, keeping us ahead of the curve and delivering solutions that meet market needs.

• Product Lifecycle Management: Take ownership of the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensure sprints are delivered with prioritized features and corresponding justification, recommend, and run A/B testing where appropriate, collaborating with teams across the organization to bring our ideas to life.

• Customer and Carrier Engagement: Be the voice of our customers, working closely with internal teams and insurance carriers to gather insights and ensure we're delivering value to our customers.

• Performance Optimization: Develop strategies to include reporting insight and analytics to support and drive retention marketing and operational needs. Dive deep into data to drive product improvements and optimizations, always keeping an eye on how we can do better and innovate further.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA a plus.

• 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the auto insurance industry.

• Experience with Microsoft Suite, PowerBI, Jira, Asana, and Taleau
