We are seeking an energetic and motivated individual for our customer service and reception position that can become an integral part of our team! You will process multiple job, answering phones, creating estimates, accepting payment, completing follow-up calls in accordance with company standards. We are needing to hire immediately.
Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls with enthusiasm
• Manage multiple jobs simultaneously
• Greet each customer with a smiling face and address their needs efficiently
• Work with clients to notify them of completed jobs ready for pickup as well as requesting information from customers
• Assist the store manager with day to day tasks and cleaning
• Complete order pickups, accept payments, enter PO's
• Learn the basics of our graphic design software (Corel Draw)
• Desire to learn products and pricing to assist customer's quickly and accurately

Qualifications:

• Punctuality

• Previous experience with a sign company is a huge plus
• Familiarity with production processes and materials
• Strong presentation skills and a very pleasant personality that works well with a team as well as managing orders due independently
• Deadline and detail-oriented

• Very desirable to have specific experience with Epson 60600, Graphtec, Mimaki JFX, and Konica Minolta Printers, Onyx Rip Software, CorelDraw, Quickbooks.
