We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented realtor, assistant, Marketer to join our team. You will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes. This is commission only. I need new realtors, assistants to contribute to the total monthly zillow lead budget which is around $10-15k monthly. The more leads we all get as a team, the more money we all make. The goal is to buy entire zips on zillow so that all inquires come our way to our team. *This position will earn 40% out of the total commission and will turn into 50/50 splits after 5 successful deals.

Once the leads are set, i also need 4-5 individuals that will handle the leads and organize them so that the team does not waste time with unqualified buyers. *This position will earn 10% of each sale*

I NEED SERIOUS AND HARDWORKING/ MOTIVATED INDIVIDUALS. I HAVE FULL ACCESS TO LEADS IN MANY PARTS OF LONG ISLAND AND MY NEXT GOAL IS TO HARVEST CLIENTS IN THE HICKSVILLE, LEVITTOWN, WESTBURY AREA. FOR THAT REASON, I NEED MORE BROKERS/AGENTS/ASSISTANTS.
