Real estate management company seeking an experienced full-time Maintenance Supervisor, for a 310-unit apartment community in Huntington Beach, CA. This individual must be determined with a prompt-to-do attitude that will enhance our team and our service efforts.

Special Requirements:

Physical demands will include the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. All team members are required to perform safe lifting procedures and reach objects using feet, legs, back, arms, and hands. Standing and walking is a must with day-to-day activities. Candidates must possess the ability to work extended or flexible hours.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Handle all aspects of maintenance.
- Work with maintenance technicians and provide training, motivation, and performance feedback.
- Schedule and direct maintenance personnel and vendors, and ensure staff adheres to company policies and procedures.
- Perform unit turnovers, including routine repairs in coordination with contractors and outside vendors.
- Perform spot and touch up painting.
- Respond to work orders in units and common areas of the building in a timely manner.
- Perform plumbing tasks such as replacing faucets, resetting toilets and sinks, repair water leaks and clearing clogged drains.

Qualifications:
- Minimum five years industry experience (200 units or more)
- Computer skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills and business correspondence
- Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job
- Must be able to function effectively in a busy customer service environment
- Must be proficient in all areas of apartment maintenance to include plumbing, painting, drywall and carpentry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
