We are professional, agile and our goal is to Educate/Sell our future Members their 24/7 Infrared Fitness Studio Memberships. We are looking for a candidate that is looking to grow into a career position with us as a potential future General Manager.

Assistant Manager Mission: Provide Superior Customer Service, drive traffic into location, and have a passion for fitness.

We are looking for a motivated and driven Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing product information, and helping customers make informed decisions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and an understanding of sales techniques. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who is eager to learn and grow in the sales field.

In Studio Work Hours: Monday - Thursday 4pm - 8pm, Friday 3pm - 6pm, Saturday 11am - 4pm, Sunday OFF, hours may vary

Initial and Required Training and Certifications:

• Complete HOTWORX Certification. Repeat annually as a refresher.
• Maintain active CPR, AED, and First Aid Certifications at all times.
• Complete all assigned HOTWORX University Online required courses included in Trainer Sales Associate curriculum.

Basic Duties & Responsibilities:

• Always strive for 5 Star online ratings for Yelp, Facebook, Google, and other listing sites.
• Complete minimum hours agreed upon, use time clock provided to account all hours.
• Complete all daily open/closing procedures and checklists.

Customer Relations, Training and other Duties:

• Assist members during their visits by providing warm greetings, answering their questions, providing proper sauna and workout instructions, answer all post workout questions and provide suggestions on gear, hydration and other retail items.
• Sell Memberships and Achieve membership sales goals.
• Sell retail and learn everything that needs to be discovered about all products and future products. Achieve retail sales goals.

Marketing & Prospecting Duties:

• Ensure the minimum requirements for prospecting are met monthly. This includes at minimum, 30 names and numbers turned in and 5 guest passes returned to the studio with employee initials on the back of guest pass from each employee.
• Assist Manager in social media engagement posts
• Enroll a minimum of 15 new Members each month
• Commission will be paid on Retail Sales and New Member Signups.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
