Location: 2727 N Central Ave, Phoenix, Arizona 85004 United States of America UHI is seeking a Forecasting and Scheduling Coordinator to work within the Workforce Management department of the U-Haul Contact Center. Candidates for this position should have a working knowledge of Workforce Management principles, be proficient in Excel, have great analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a team environment. Other job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Gather statistical information (i.e., contact center call volume, AHT, agent productivity, shrinkage, attrition, and other impactful factors) to analyze and develop short-, mid- and long-term forecasts for multiple different business areas, including but not limited to inbound, outbound, email and chat Provide clear written and verbal communication to the management team, including forecasted workload, changes, assumptions, and inputs, as well as identifying any trends and insights Facilitate the coordination of shift assignments, vacations, time off approvals, and daily schedule processes Other duties as assigned Skills, Requirements, & Qualifications: 1-2 years' experience with workforce management software; including short-, mid- and long-term forecasts, scheduling and hiring plans. Experience with Verint WFO software is a plus 1-2 years’ experience working in a call center environment with a strong understanding of call center terminology and functions Strong analytical skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Forward-thinking, energetic and desire for growing responsibility Strong organizational, project management and critical thinking skills Ability to work independently and as part of a Team Positive, upbeat, initiative-taking - “can-do” attitude This is a full-time position, working on-site at our corporate campus located in mid-town Phoenix, AZ.
