**Overview:** We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. As a caregiver, you will provide essential assistance to individuals in need within the comfort of their homes. **Responsibilities:** - Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and toileting - Provide companionship and emotional support - Prepare and serve nutritious meals - Help with household chores and errands - Monitor medication schedules and assist with medication reminders - Accompany clients to appointments or outings - Maintain a safe and clean environment for the client **Qualifications:** - Previous experience in caregiving or related fields preferred - Knowledge or experience in care, hospital medicine, medical-surgical, PICU, or geriatrics is beneficial - Compassionate and patient demeanor - Excellent communication skills - Ability to follow instructions and work independently - High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications are a plus Joining our team as an In-Home Caregiver offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in someone's life while gaining valuable experience in the healthcare field.
