Must have excellent communication skills, knowledge of the fashion and modeling industry, client acquisition skills, event/show experience, and a strong closer.

Compensation and Schedule: This position is primarily based on project pay... commission plus other. Excellent pay structure!

Job Description: As a Model and Talent Scout/Booker, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of agency events and talent scouting along with driving sales and revenue growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with clients and other industry professionals while creating new revenue streams. Must be excellent at sales since this is mostly sales related. This multifaceted role requires a creative and detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills. Must have an entrepreneurial mind-set and implementer.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in business development and sales. Marketing skills helpful.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A bachelor's degree in event management, public relations, communications, business, marketing, communications, or a related field is often preferred but not required. Relevant industry experience can be a significant asset.

Additional Requirements:

This is a part-time to full-time position.

Flexibility in working hours, as projects may occur during evenings. Most hours are during the day and Saturdays.Travel may be required to attend career fairs and talent scouting events.
