Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our organization and ensuring the highest level of customer service. Duties:
- Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Conduct interviews and hire new employees
- Train and develop staff members to enhance their skills and performance
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in financial transactions
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and record keeping
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize operations and drive business growth

Experience:
- Previous experience in a managerial role is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proven track record in sales and achieving targets
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training development
- Ability to handle cash handling procedures accurately
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling and payroll management
- Shift management experience is preferred
