Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Deck Installer to join our team. As a Deck Installer, you will be responsible for installing various products and materials according to specifications. This is a hands-on role that requires proficiency in using power tools, knowledge of construction techniques, and precise cuts.

Responsibilities:
- Install and assemble products and materials, such as framing, decking, fascia, handrail, stairs, etc.
- Measure and cut materials to fit specific dimensions
- Use power tools and hand tools to complete installations
- Follow blueprints, drawings, or instructions to ensure accurate installation
- Inspect completed installations for quality assurance
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or issues, and cleaning the workspace each day

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in deck installation work, preferably in residential construction or remodeling
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools
- Knowledge of construction techniques and materials
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, or instructions
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
