A Joyful Noise Childcare Center is Hiring a Childcare Provider Near Centralia, WA

We are currently searching for teachers in numerous age groups. We serve children ages 12 months to 11 years old at A Joyful Noise Childcare Center.

Teachers are responsible for developing a cohesive teaching team, coordinating the curriculum, and managing the day-to-day operational activities of the classroom. Teachers must understand children's cognitive, social, emotional and physical development in order to ensure a safe and stimulating classroom environment where children are actively engaged and encouraged to succeed. Teachers must be skilled in communicating with both children and adults in order to meet the needs of the children, effectively guide teacher assistants, and resolve parental concerns. Childcare teachers are required to use patience, a compassionate and friendly demeanor, and the ability to think creatively and quickly, while in the classroom. Our centers goal is to provide a nurturing and enriching environment that encourages stimulation, and cognitive development.

A Joyful Noise is open from 6:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Cleared Background check through DCYF

30 STARS hours childcare basics course

Infant/Child CPR & First Aid certified

Food Handlers' card

Negative Tuberculosis (TB) test

Infant Safe Sleep & Mandated Reporter course

MMR & COVID-19 Vaccinations

Happy to work with anyone who is willing to obtain the listed requirements, in a timely manner. A Joyful Noise offers on site - paid training, upon hire.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.54 - $20.98 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
