YOUR LIFE AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - IN-HOME SERVICES DISPATCHER

This dispatch position is full-time and typically works 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday.

As a Customer Service Representative - In-home Services Dispatcher, you manage a variety of administrative tasks and act as the liaison between our field staff, the office, and our customers. Each day, you work hard to meet daily revenue goals by prioritizing the most urgent calls. You take incoming customer phone calls and match the right technician to every job, always striving to maximize revenue. As you speak to the customer, you keep note of their needs so that you can relay accurate information to our technicians. Professional and interpersonal, you establish great rapport with our customers to help encourage repeat business.

You carefully manage the whereabouts and needs of every technician in the field. A skilled problem solver, you organize and route our field staff to increase opportunity and cut down on drive time. Throughout the day, you update our clients on the technician's progress. You also take payments and manage billing information. After a phone call is completed, you create report summaries for our senior management. Additionally, you call the customers to follow up and ensure that they are satisfied with their services. When new dispatchers are hired, you shadow them to assist with their training. You love helping people and take pride in your ability to think on your feet!
