Summary:

Founded in 2000, A&J Vacuum Services, Inc. is a small business currently seeking a Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone and email. Comfort with computers is a must to excel in this role. Work takes place in a relaxed office environment with no cold calls.

Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls and emails quickly and professionally
- Assist customers with product inquiries
- Contact customers and vendors via phone and email (No cold calls)
- Accurate data entry when processing orders and updating information in the system

Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED
- Proficiency in English speaking and typing
- Exceptional time management
- Effective communication skills
- Basic computer usage
- Previous experience in customer service preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
