A Hug Away Healthcare is Hiring an Experienced Nanny Near Katy, TX

A kind, seasoned, and trustworthy full-time or part-time nanny is needed by a devoted parent in Katy, Texas, especially during the summer. Someone who is capable of managing three children, age 11, at once. A valid driver's license and a spotless driving record are ideal for the candidate. Someone who enjoys driving and is full of energy. This summer, the kids have a lot of things planned. Occasionally, the candidate may have to order, heat up, or make small meals. The nanny may also have to supervise the kids as they work on chores and must be trustworthy and flexible. Please be aware that the nanny will need to feel at ease around animals because the family has two dogs.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to;

  • Engaging the child in age-appropriate developmental activities to stimulate play and interaction.
  • Taking the child to classes, the park, activities, and coordinating playdates.
  • Child’s laundry.
  • Snack and Meal prep for the child.
  • Clean up after meals, dishes, and keep the child’s eating area clean.
  • Keeping the child’s room and main spaces clean and tidy.
  • Helping to set & keep the child on a schedule.
  • Restocking child-related items

The ideal applicant will be personable, cheerful, kind, open, honest, knowledgeable about child development, and passionate about nurturing the children's interests and curiosities. She should also have at least one year of relevant experience working as a nanny with young children.

The family is looking for a nanny who is seeking a long-term nanny position.

Requirements:

  • 1 years of relevant FT nanny experience.
  • Legally permitted to work in the U.S.
  • Clean background check.
  • Able to commit to at least one year.
  • 2-3 relevant references.

Salary: Approximately $12.00 net hourly, depending on experience and credentials.

Benefits (based on a PT schedule): PTO: 1 week of vacation, major holidays, 3 sick days per year, and MTA or toll reimbursement. Increase of benefits for a FT schedule.
