Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and create individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments following physician prescriptions.
- Monitor patient vital signs and reactions to treatments, adjusting care plans as needed.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Adhere to all state and federal regulations governing nursing care.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs.
Qualifications:
- Valid Rhode Island RN license.
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience.
- BLS certification.
- Strong clinical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Knowledge of current healthcare practices and regulations.
- Flexibility to work per diem hours based on organizational needs.

- Pay Structure:
- Initial Visits
- Recertifications
- Mileage Reimbursement: Will be calculated based on the travel route from your home to each client location, following the most direct route. Reimbursement will be provided for mileage incurred from your home to Client 1, then from Client 1 to Client 2, and subsequently to each additional client's location.
- Compensation will be processed upon the submission and completion of clients' documentation.
Employment is in an at-will state, meaning it is not bound by a contract but is an employment offer that can be terminated at any time.
