JOB SUMMARY
This candidate would provide physical therapy care to our outpatients, inpatients and nursing home residents.
We are small Physical Therapy department in a rural Critical Access Hospital in Grantsburg, Wisconsin, just a few miles from the St. Croix River and just over an hour to the Twin Cities.

Requirements:QUALIFICATIONS
