CHIEF ENGINEER/MAINTENANCE DIRECTOR
High Rise condo community needs a qualified
full-time chief engineer. Certification required.
Salary based upon level of experience.
Must have central plant experience,
including: boilers, chillers, plumbing,
electrical, and preventive maintenance.
Prior supervisory experience is required. Ability to motivate and lead a team.

430 Unit Residential/Commercial high-rise condominium community in Falls Church, VA seeking a qualified Chief building engineer. Min. of 5 yrs. exp. as building engineer. Central plant experience. Must be proficient in electrical, plumbing, low pressure boilers, chiller systems and preventative maintenance programs. DC 3rd class engineers license or equivalent required. Applicants without license will not be considered. Condominium experience preferred. Excellent wage & benefits, health, dental, life, retirement plan, amenity usage, cell allowance. Prior supervisory experience is required. Ability to motivate and lead a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
