Cryptologic Subject Matter Expert 
A. Harold and Associates, LLC is seeking an experienced Cryptologic (CT) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the instructional systems design efforts of a team developing SECRET U.S. Navy Instructor-Led Training (ILT), Interactive (ICW) Computer-Based Training, and blended courseware products in support of Cyber Warfare Training at the Center for Information Warfare Training (CIWT) in Pensacola, FL. The CT SME supports a Department of Defense (DOD) training project team (Instructional Systems Designers, Training Analysts, and other SMEs) to plan, analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate instructionally sound training products. Experience with USN training standards, quality control practices, Instructional Systems Design process, and/or prior experience on a DOD contractor courseware development team is preferred.
**This is an opportunity that requires full-time in office support on base at Corry Station in Pensacola. This position requires an active Secret Security Clearance.
Specific Duties/Job Requirements:
  • Design, develop, or provide training services
  • Provide Cyber Mission Force (CMF) – Joint Course Training development, updates, reporting, and analysis
  • Support analyses to identify and validate training requirements
  • Develop blended training system solutions for CIWT
  • Conduct Training Requirements Review (TRR) Coordination, Tracking, Reporting, database update, and provide reports as required
  • Application of appropriate standards and specifications for courseware development (e.g., style guides)
  • Adapt to customer needs
  • Other duties as assigned
Required Experience/Education:
  • Must have an active SECRET Security clearance
  • Experience serving in the United States Navy
  • Experience using findings and recommendations from comprehensive evaluation studies of Navy training courses
  • Experience with conduct of such evaluation studies
  • Prior Fleet service in rating at minimum of E-6 paygrade
  • Excellent written/grammar skills
  • Successful performer in rating
  • Knowledge of rating technical references and community/SYSCOM technical document repositories/services
  • Organized and concise
  • Attention to detail
