Job Summary:
As a Drill Rig Operator, you'll play a crucial role in our foundation projects, operating drill rigs and ensuring that each drilling operation adheres to the highest standards of safety, precision, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate drilling machinery to produce foundation holes based on specified depths and diameters.
- Monitor and ensure the stability of the drill rig and equipment during operations.
- Work closely with site supervisors and project engineers to ensure drilling operations align with project specifications.
- Regularly inspect and maintain drilling equipment, noting any potential issues or necessary repairs.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines during operations.
- Coordinate with other crew members for efficient project execution.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Drill Rig Operator in the foundation drilling industry.
- Knowledge of different drilling methods and techniques.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine-related issues.
- Available for flexible scheduling, including overtime and weekend shifts.

Schedule:

You will work at multiple construction jobsites, contributing to a diverse range of projects that showcase your expertise. The nature of our business is such that employees will be required to work on out-of-town jobs.
