We're currently seeking Direct Support Professionals to support a diverse group of individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. As a Mentor, you'll provide essential services to enable individuals to remain in their homes and engage in community activities. You'll work closely with members to help them achieve their personal goals, track progress, and attend meetings as needed.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with personal and physical needs, as well as daily living skills
- Providing general supervision
- Offering training in life skills like shopping, banking, and community safety
- Supporting the development of social skills and problem-solving abilities
- Facilitating community engagement and resource utilization
Qualifications:
- Minimum age of 18
- Ability to pass background checks
- Willingness to obtain necessary certifications (Level 1 Fingerprint Card, CPR/First Aid, Article 9)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour

- Are you available to work the following schedule specifically for this position: Mondays 5:30-9:30 p.m., Tuesdays 5:30-8:30 p.m., Wednesday 4:00-6:00 p.m., Thursdays 4:00-6:00 p.m., and potentially Fridays or Saturdays for 4-5 hours? Are you also able to work once a month on a full weekend for approximately 10 hours per day (Saturday and Sunday)?
- Would you be willing to work with multiple members, with different schedules that could potentially arise for a full-time option as well?
