Our company is looking for trained staff members to join our team with working with young adults males, age 17 to 22, and 18 to 29 with developmental disabilities. Job duties include assistance with daily living skills such as helping to clean rooms, laundry/ cooking and bathing. Our clients enjoy playing basketball, football and biking so any applicant should be physically able to participate and always have a positive attitude and willing to help change the lives of others.
Qualifications:
Must have level ll background check and local law check.
Must have CPR, First Aid certificates
Must have a clean driving record
Must have reliable transportation
Must have a High School Diploma or GED
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be able to work shifts without outside interruptions.
Must speak English and be able to complete daily behavior charts.
A Guardian's Hope Inc. is a drug free workplace and random drug screenings may be possible. afternoon shifts are open along with Saturday morning shift.
Medication class will be provided but having a certificate will be a plus !
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

- Afternoon shift
