Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Seamstress to join our team. As a Seamstress, you will be responsible for fabricating and sewing drapery, cushions and pillows using industrial sewing machines. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for garment construction and excellent sewing skills.

Responsibilities:
- Operate industrial sewing machines to fabricate and sew Home decor according to specifications
- Read and interpret patterns, blueprints, or instructions to determine the layout and design of garments
- Cut fabric pieces based on patterns and measurements
- Sew fabrics alignment, and quality
- Perform alterations or repairs on garments as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality control purposes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:
- Proficiency in operating industrial sewing machines
- Strong knowledge of garment construction techniques
- Ability to read and interpret patterns or instructions
- Attention to detail and precision in sewing tasks
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Strong problem-solving skills in identifying and resolving sewing issues
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temp-to-hire

Pay: $20.59 - $21.31 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
