- On-site problem solver
- Making our customers feel special
- Management of projects and 1-2 field techs
- Making leadership decisions within the company
- Contributions to executive team and field teams
- Oversight of several jobs
- Communicating with field techs on their assigned jobs for the day
- Custom bid skill and knowledge
Skill Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to multi-task when necessary – able to manage several projects at a time
- Managerial skills (previous experienced preferred)
- Have own basic set of tools (and knowledge of how to use!)
- Must have Colorado Drivers License
