A Cleaning With Meaning Co. is hiring! We are based out of New Haven, CT seeking to hire passionate and attentive housekeepers to perform a variety of cleaning, maintenance and up keeping duties.

Some of your duties will include:

• dusting
• changing linens and making beds
• disinfecting bathrooms
• degreasing and sanitizing kitchens
• washing dishes
• light organizing of living spaces
• sweeping and mopping floors
• vacuuming carpets and upholstery
• taking out the trash
• and more.

To join our team, we require that:

• you're at least 18 years old
• you possess a valid driver's license
• you have a reliable registered and insured vehicle
• you have a functional cellphone with ability to download apps
• you can pass background check
• you wear provided uniforms to every job
• you have a passion for cleaning and helping our clients. Their satisfaction is what gets you paid and tipped!

As a member of our team, we expect you to:

• work until the job is done
• follow directions well
• be trainable and have the ability to receive constructive criticism
• have a meticulous eye for dirt and dust
• be able to work independently or with a team
• be reliable and punctual
• adapt to changing schedules
• have excellent time management skills
• take before and after photos of every service and upload to your lead via app

You should also be physically able to handle the daily routine, such as reaching, stretching, bending, walking, and standing for long periods of time, push a vacuum cleaner, lift up to 25-30 pounds, and have general knowledge of cleaning products, supplies, and techniques.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
