We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and promoting wellness. Your expertise and dedication will contribute to the overall well-being of our patients.
Duties:
- Perform patient annual assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Virtual consults, as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and preventive measures
- Provide health coaching and support to patients for lifestyle modifications
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide care in critical situations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Texas
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
-- Strong knowledge of physiology, disease processes, and treatment modalities
- Experience in Home Health, Nursing Assessments, and Plan of Cares
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
