Equipment Dealership Parts Representative

Ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service and parts sales with solid product knowledge of equipment used in Agriculture, by homeowners, or contractors.
The candidate must possess good computer and organizational skills, be highly customer focused, and have the capacity to perform in an up-tempo work environment.
Parts Representative Job Purpose:
The Parts Representative is responsible for serving and providing parts to dealership customers and technicians.
Parts Representative Job Duties:
- Provides strong customer service to all parts customers
- Promotes a willing and positive attitude
- Goes the extra mile to procure parts and exceed customer expectations
- Assists in keeping inventory current and accurate
- Delivers parts as needed
- Participates and assists in company and store functions
- Maintains and develops professional and technical knowledge
- Other duties as required
Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge Required:
- 2 years of customer service or sales experience
- Agriculture background a plus but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good driving record
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to be on your feet extended periods, reach overhead items and bend/squat
- Basic parts and machinery knowledge
- Basic data entry and keyboard skills
- Basic use of standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions
Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (some extended hours in season)
Saturday 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (monthly rotation)
