The Project Development director plays a direct role in projects from inception to completion, transforming client ideas into actionable plans, nurturing and expanding client connections and actively contributing to the company’s marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare information and present to customers including proposals, materials samples, literature, drawings, etc.

· Develop and maintain client relationships

· Assist with ongoing marketing efforts and initiatives

Preferred Education & Experience Requirements

· Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in architecture, drafting, business, engineering, or construction related programming

· Demonstrated business development experience

· Demonstrated experience in construction related industry

· Experience in construction drawing/drafting software

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
