Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial and industrial cleaning, facilities maintenance, and custodial duties. If you are detail-oriented and take pride in maintaining a clean and safe environment, we want to hear from you. Must be able to travel to Menard, Eden, and Junction Tx twice a week.

Responsibilities:

- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming

- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas

- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly

- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed

- Perform floor care duties including buffing, waxing, and polishing

- Monitor building security and report any issues or repairs needed

- Follow safety protocols and guidelines for handling cleaning chemicals

Experience:

- Proven experience in commercial cleaning, industrial cleaning, or related roles

- Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and maintaining different floor surfaces

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks

- Experience with facilities maintenance tasks is a plus
