Position Requirements:
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong administrative, organizational, and time management skills

- Ability to effectively interact with residents, co-workers, vendors, and contractors
- Capability to close sales in person and over the phone
- Knowledge of on-site maintenance requirements
- Access to and ability to drive a car
Leasing and Marketing Tasks:
- Professionally handle calls from current and prospective residents
- Inspect show units daily and notify maintenance of any needed repairs
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills
- Promptly respond to internet leads and maintain lead logs
- Greet prospective residents and give tours of the community
- Lease apartments by effectively selling features
- Follow up with prospective residents within specified timeframes
- Maintain organized resident and prospect files
- Enter guest cards into the computer database
- Complete application paperwork and verify applicant information
- Review advertising media for accuracy
- Assist in performing market surveys
- Ensure residents are provided with a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment
- Communicate clearly and effectively with residents
- Handle resident complaints promptly and professionally
- Follow up on completed work requests
- Survey residents periodically for feedback
- Assist in lease renewal processes
- Maintain organized manual and computer files
- Update computer database daily
- Complete accurate weekly and monthly reports
- Administer package receipt system
- Prepare lease paperwork and review with residents
- Maintain resident conversation logs
- Assist in preparing and distributing resident notices
- Continuously develop skills to improve performance
- Maintain a professional image and adhere to the company's dress code
- Accept tasks to benefit the property and assist in meeting goals
