Brightstone Therapy, a leading provider of behavioral therapy services in Jacksonville, Florida, is seeking a dedicated and qualified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. Responsibilities:

- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients as prescribed by the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).- Implement behavior intervention plans designed to address the individual needs of clients.- Document and track client progress through data collection and daily notes.- Collaborate with the BCBA to ensure effective therapy and data-driven decision-making.- Assist with crisis management and behavior support as needed.- Provide therapy in various settings, including homes, schools, and clinics.

Requirements:

- Possession of a valid RBT certification.- Current CPR certification.- Previous experience in crisis management.- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.- Availability for afternoon to evening sessions, typically from 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm.- Experience working with individuals in home, school, and clinical settings.- Passion for helping individuals with autism and related developmental disorders.
