A. Bommarito Wines is Hiring a KC Based Local Delivery Driver Near Kansas, MO
LOCAL DELIVERY DRIVER (Kansas City area)
This full time position is responsible for delivering company product from the warehouse to our final customers. The candidate must be professional, courteous, and safe.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Load the route that has been assigned to you at the beginning of each shift
- Deliver customer product in a timely fashion
- Double check orders with customers to ensure accuracy upon delivery
- Keep up with maintenance on vehicles and report all issues
- Unload product per client specifications and delivery times
- Handle invoice payments either via check or cash
- Maintain accurate notes from any delivery discrepancies
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
- Must have good communication skills and manners
- 1-2 years warehouse/driving experience
- Must have a Class E Driver’s license; Class A or B preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent combination of education/experience.
- Must be able to lift up to 40lbs
- Must have a clean driving record
