At A Better Solution, we provide top-quality in-home care for elderly and disabled clients, and we are currently seeking passionate and reliable home health aides to join our team.

Requirements:

• Must be fluent in Spanish
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation

As a Home Health Aide in the Davenport area, you'll play a vital role. Your responsibilities:

• Providing essential care and support to our clients.
• Assisting with daily activities, personal care, light housekeeping.
• Providing companionshipAssist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Maintain a clean and organized living environment.
• Transportation will be needed

To be considered for this position, you must have:
1. Level II background screening - which if you do not already have one can cost as little as $90.
2. CPR Certificate or Card
3. Communicate in Spanish
4. Reliable Transportation
5. Maintain a neat appearance
